Please see the attached CHCC Immunization Program Flyer regarding appointments for the following:

• Immunizations
• Health Clearance Certificate
• Immunization Summaries

It is important that families ensure that their child's immunization and school health clearance certificates are updated as soon as possible.  

SY2020 - 2021 "COMING SOON" PSS ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Please be alert regarding the upcoming launching of the CNMI PSS SY 2020-2021 Online Registration System.  It is very important that parents begin preparing updated registration documents/ requirements as required under PSS Policies.  Please contact the school for any additional information, clarifications, or guidance.  STAY SAFE Mallards!
